This is an in person training and nutrition program designed to start your health and fitness journey. If you’re new to lifting and or are lacking confidence in the gym, this is for you. Learn how to lift weights, get strong and add some muscle to improve your metabolism. There will be 2 in person training sessions and 1 online session focusing on nutrition. This will run every week for 6 months. What I want for you is long lasting change, a new life, a new you.
